Please review with your legal counsel. This page mirrors the structure of the Trading & Poker Tournaments Arena terms and should be replaced with the final text approved for your operating jurisdictions before launch.
By creating an account or entering a tournament you agree to these terms and to the Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy referenced within them.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to participate in skill-based competitions with entry fees. We may restrict access from jurisdictions where such participation is not permitted, and may require identity verification.
One account per person. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Entry cost, format, duration, player cap and payout structure are displayed before entry. Once a tournament begins, entries are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by us. Tournaments use simulated paper balances against live market data; no order is routed to an external exchange or broker on your behalf.
Multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of data or platform faults, and automated order flow outside published limits are prohibited and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of entry and account closure.
Prize pools are distributed according to the published payout table at settlement. Payouts may be subject to verification checks and applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where a material fault affects a tournament, we may void the event and refund entries.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the entry fees you paid for the affected tournament.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance through the platform or by email.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
