Every tournament uses the same universe: all S&P 500 stocks plus the major index ETFs SPY, QQQ, IWM, DIA — 487 markets in total. No crypto, no futures, no single-stock symbols outside the index. The full list is shown in the Player Briefing at your trading desk, and the desk search box filters it instantly.
▸Why is there a 20% order cap?
No single buy order can exceed 20% of your total account value (cash plus open positions). This is the core risk-management rule of the arena: it forces position sizing the way a professional desk would. Sell-to-close orders are exempt — you can always exit a winning position in full, even if it grew past 20% of your account.
▸Is there any leverage?
No. All trading is cash-only — you can never spend more than the cash in your account, and there is no margin. Short selling is not offered either; every position starts with a buy.
▸Why do I need at least 4 trades to qualify for prizes?
Standings are published for everyone, but only players with at least 4 completed trades during the tournament qualify for prize payouts. This keeps the leaderboard skill-based — a single lucky buy-and-hold can't sweep the pool.
▸What order types are supported?
Market, limit, stop, stop-limit, and bracket (OCO) orders. Market orders fill at the live quote with a small modeled spread; resting orders fill when the live price trades through your trigger. Commissions are zero — no per-fill fees are charged.
▸Why did my order get rejected?
The desk always tells you the exact reason in a popup. Common causes: the order is over the 20% account cap, the symbol is outside the S&P 500 + index ETF universe, the price is under $2, or you don't have enough cash. Stocks with very small floats or under 100K average daily volume are also excluded.
▸How are trading tournament payouts weighted?
The top 15% of the field is paid, weighted heavily toward the winner. The podium takes the largest shares, and the remaining paid places split the rest on a declining curve — first place always earns the most. Event-specific prize details are published in the lobby before you enter, and every event's official per-player payout sheet is linked from the results page.
▸When can I register, and can I rebuy?
Registration opens 2 hours before the start time. Late registration and unlimited rebuys stay open for the first 45 minutes after the start — rebuy tokens are added to the prize pool.

Six-max No-Limit Hold'em FAQ
▸What is the tournament structure?
Six-handed tables, 20,000 starting chips, blinds starting at 100/200 and rising every 15 minutes through 8 levels. Events last roughly two hours. Daily events run at 2:00pm, 5:00pm, 8:00pm and 11:00pm ET.
▸How does the action clock work?
You have 20 seconds to act, with a visible countdown on your seat. If time runs out, your hand is folded automatically. Each player also has a manual 15-second time bank — you must press the time bank button to use it; it never triggers on its own.
▸Are there breaks?
Yes — a 5-minute break every 60 minutes in all poker tournaments. The lobby and table show a countdown, and play resumes automatically.
▸Who can see my cards?
Your hole cards are visible only to you while the hand is live. Folded cards are mucked immediately and never shown. At showdown, every hand that reaches the river is revealed. Admins can click any active, non-folded player's cards at the table to reveal them for monitoring.
▸How does table balancing work?
When players are eliminated and seats open, tables are rebalanced so each table has roughly the same number of players, and short-handed tables are broken and merged. Moves are announced at the table.
▸How are poker payouts weighted?
The same as trading: the top 15% of the field is paid, weighted toward first place, with the exact token or cash prizes published in the lobby before you enter. Every finished event's per-player payout sheet is linked from the results page.
▸Do poker results count toward the trading leaderboard?
No. Poker has its own separate Monthly Poker Leaderboard. Trading results feed the Monthly Trading Tournaments Leaderboard — the two never mix.
▸Can I rebuy if I bust?
Yes — unlimited rebuys during the first 45 minutes of late registration. Rebuy tokens are added to the prize pool, and you're reseated with a fresh 20,000-chip stack.
